Classy networking with influential Bollywood figures like Karan Johar and Akshay Kumar has not yielded any tangible results yet. There are unconfirmed reports of Samantha being signed up by producer Dinesh Vijan for a Hindi film. However, there is no official announcement on this. While waiting for Bollywood to embrace her, Samantha has now begun to take Hindi lessons. A close friend of hers in Mumbai reveals, “Sam can speak in Hindi, more fluently than Katrina Kaif . But she needs to work on her accent. For that, she has hired a coach. Marvel’s Armor Wars, which was originally developed as a Disney+ series, is now being retooled and moved forward as a feature. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the move essentially pushes back the title further down the development slate. Sources say the studio was committed in getting the story told the right way and, in that process, realized that a feature was better suited for the project. Like all Marvel movies, it is intended for a theatrical release. The project, first announced back in 2020, will see Don Cheadle reprise his MCU role of Colonel James “Rhodey” Rhodes, aka War Machine. Marvel had previously aimed to begin production in 2023, though the team was reportedly notified on Thursday of the project’s shift in direction. To mark his 80 th birthday, a film festival will be organised in October. The Film Heritage Foundation is organising a 4-day film festival starting from October 8 to October 11 to celebrate Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday. 11 iconic movies from his filmography will be screened at 22 screens in PVR Cinemas across 17 cities in India. A court in Bihar issued arrest warrants against producer Ekta Kapoor and her mother Shobha Kapoor on the charges of insulting soldiers and hurting the sentiments of their family members in her ALT Balaji web series XXX season 2. A complaint was filed by a resident and ex-servicemen from Begusarai, Shambhu Kumar. The court of judge Vikas Kumar issued the arrest warrants. "The series was aired on ALTBalaji, an OTT platform owned by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms Ltd. Shobha Kapoor is also associated with Balaji Telefilms," said Hrishikesh Pathak, the advocate of Shambhu Kumar, as reported by NDTV. He added, "The court had issued summons to them (Kapoors) and asked them to appear before it in connection with the matter. They (Kapoors), however, informed the court that certain scenes in the series were removed after the objection. Star Trek ’s fourth entry has been removed from Paramount Picture’s slate of upcoming releases.  The project, produced by J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot, had been dated to hit theaters on December 22, 2023. According to Variety, the news comes roughly one month after director Matt Shakman exited the Star Trek film, presumably to rejoin the MCU. Shakman first became attached to the sequel in the summer of 2021. The Star Trek announcement even landed the same day Shakman was nominated for an Emmy for the show. Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone was rushed to Mumbai’s Breach Candy hospital on Monday night, September 26. The actress reportedly complained of uneasiness. The actress is currently recuperating after numerous tests were done which took half a day. The report in Pinkvilla suggested that it was a taxing situation due to which she was taken to the hospital. “The actress faced quite a taxing situation and was immediately hospitalized.
